This Privacy Policy explains how KrishKrupa Education LLP, operating as S.O.N.G. Preschool & Daycare, Hennur, Bangalore ("S.O.N.G.", "we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and protects information submitted through songschoolblr.com (the "Site"). We are based in India and process personal data in accordance with Indian law.

When you submit the Admission Enquiry form on the Site, we collect:

• About your child: name, date of birth, and the programme you're enquiring about (Half Day, Full Day Care, or After School Care).
• About you (the parent/guardian): name, email address, phone number, and your area/locality.
• Your message to us, if you add one.
• Technical information submitted alongside the form: the page URL you submitted from, your browser's user agent string, and any campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) present in the link you arrived from.

We do not collect payment information or government ID numbers through this form. The form does not collect any data if you don't submit it — simply browsing the Site does not trigger form data collection.

The Site uses the following third-party tracking technologies on every page, including the admission form:

• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — records page views and, when you submit the admission form, a "Lead" event, so we can measure the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram ads.
• Google Ads / Google tag (gtag.js) — records page views and, when you submit the admission form, a conversion event, so we can measure the effectiveness of our Google Ads campaigns.

• To measure which marketing channels (Meta/Google ads, organic search, etc.) bring us genuine enquiries.

Form submissions are sent to a Google Apps Script endpoint and stored in a Google Sheet used by our admissions team. Google's own security and infrastructure practices apply to that storage. We take reasonable safeguards to restrict access to this data to staff who need it to process enquiries.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Google — for form storage (Google Sheets/Apps Script) and ad conversion measurement (Google Ads).
• Meta — for ad performance measurement (Facebook Pixel), and if you contact us via the WhatsApp button, for that conversation (WhatsApp is a Meta product).
• Authorities, where required by law or a valid legal process.

9. Data retention

We retain enquiry data for as long as needed to process admissions and follow up with you, and thereafter for our internal records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
